We started TSH because the industry needed a more thoughtful way to connect technical people and companies. We are a consulting and staffing firm built around engineering judgment, clear communication, and practical delivery.
Today, we help small and midsize businesses explore useful AI opportunities, automate workflows, build custom applications, connect systems, and bring the right technical talent into the work.
Our staffing history remains part of who we are and supports a separate technical talent path. It is not presented as proof of AI delivery; the consulting work must earn confidence through clear thinking, responsible practice, and the systems we build.
